Terribly aggressive, over confident, arrogant and rude staff. ?This agency has reviews all over the place about their lies and cheating.?Julian the agent was aggressive to the point where he threatened to "bomb" my face when I made comments about the condition of the flat we were viewing. Witnessed by 3 other people viewing at the same time I was put through a an ordeal of abuse, sarcasm and humiliation and then finally a face to face confrontation on the street outside where he treated to hit me. most of the encounter with this man has been recorded on video. ?Over confident and clearly on steroids this man is dangerous and had I been alone he would have assaulted me creating a 'my word against yours' scenario. If he is not on steroids from the dark circles under his eyes and suspicious sniff it could be other substances.
After running several background checks it is evident that this company has a dissolved past, they have no money in their account (suspicious) and they only ever get ratings at 5 stars or 1 star where they somehow manage to leave with the last laugh. ?In cases where they have responded to their reviews they have been astonishingly rude and aggressive even in their response.?
Julian is a dangerous man and by his approach it will not be surprising if he turns out to have a criminal conviction. Furthermore he is also registered as a worker in a business 2 doors from Albert Hall Estates in a company called Fine and Country. Furthermore his degrees in both Westminster and Australia universities are questionable as well as his schooling in Budapest Hungary. All of this is terribly suspicious and daunting to say the least when you read the reviews of many innocent people who have lost their deposits to this organisation.
Be warned do not do?business with them!
