For shifters you stop aging at 25 years,
Lycans age half as slow as humans, as explaining on info, a twenty year old would look like a ten year old, so a 140 year old would 70. (Just half it lol)
As for vampires, it depends if the character is 'second born' (human turned) or born vampire, if human turned they could look any age at 140, if pure born, the aging process varies I believe, but most dont tend to look older than 30/35 unless turned.
